Join Us: Together We Heal

We'd like to formally welcome you to our Annual Fall Fundraiser and Open House. We're excited to announce that we will have a full day of fun, community, and healing. We're creating a space where we can meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, and accompany one other as we heal together.

• 11:30 - Mass with Father Kelly
• Noon - Lunch provided by Chicago's top food trucks with Live Dj

But wait, there's more! This year, our youth participants are showing you their art in a new and immersive way. Shortly after, we're following the Families Forward team as they bring us back to life with a special Sound Healing exercise, led by an incredible Chicago artist. Finish off your day with the Reentry, Case Management, and Mission Advance team, as we collaboratively build the restorative community we envision together!
