About Patrick Foley:
Patrick Foley is an attorney and former state and federal prosecutor. For many years he has been employed as the practice administrator of a Chicago medical practice. In addition, he has served as a private mediator and adjunct faculty at Loyola University School of Law. Patrick believes that the emphasis of our criminal justice system on finding guilt and administering punishment fails to serve the public interest. He deeply values the restorative practices and mission of PBMR that seek to hold the offender accountable for the harm while also attempting to repair the harm to the victim, offender, and community.
